Artist Biography
Ryuku Otsuka (b. 1996, Tokyo) is a Japanese contemporary artist based in Paris. Working primarily in Nihonga, his practice examines the relationship between slowness, materiality, and cultural memory, exploring how traditional craft knowledge can exist within contemporary artistic discourse.
