1. Seller identification

2. Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on ryukuotsuka.com. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms in full.

3. Products

All artworks (prints and originals) are described as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of art reproduction and screen calibration, slight colour variations may occur and do not constitute a defect.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€) inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT included where applicable). Shipping costs are indicated separately at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer unless a free shipping threshold is met.

5. Orders

Orders are confirmed by email upon receipt of payment. Ryuku OTSUKA reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraud, with full reimbursement to the customer.

6. Payment

Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards and other methods available at checkout. The order is processed only upon full payment confirmation.

7. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and French consumer law (Code de la consommation, art. L221-18), you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at ryuku.otsuka@gmail.com within the 14-day period. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalised artworks made to the customer's specifications.

8. Returns & refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

9. Delivery

Delivery times and methods are indicated at checkout. Ryuku OTSUKA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. In case of lost or damaged shipment, please contact us promptly so we can open a claim.

10. Intellectual property

Purchase of an artwork does not transfer intellectual property rights. All reproduction rights remain with Ryuku Otsuka unless explicitly agreed in writing.

11. Disputes & mediation

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at ryuku.otsuka@gmail.com. If no resolution is reached, EU consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
