Returns Procedure
To return an item, please contact us at ryuku.otsuka@gmail.com. Items must be returned in their original packaging
and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method
used for the initial transaction.
