Politique d’expédition
1. Processing Times
Orders for art prints are generally processed within 3–5 business days. Original artworks may require additional careful packaging time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Orders are not processed on weekends or French public holidays.

3. Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders:
- France: Free shipping on orders of €200 or more
- West EU: Free shipping on orders of €400 or more
- Other zones: Standard rates apply
The free shipping threshold is applied automatically at checkout.
4. Tracking
All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be sent by email once your order is shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For deliveries within the EU, no customs duties apply. VAT is included in the displayed price.
For deliveries outside the EU, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ryuku.otsuka@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging and artwork
If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us after the maximum estimated delivery window has passed and we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
7. Delivery Delays
Ryuku OTSUKA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control (strikes, weather events, etc.). Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
8. Shipping Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
