Nagasaki, Daija Festival. July 2018
Once in a year, there are a huge traditional festival in Nagasaki. Daija means a huge sneak in Japanese language. In theory, this festival is to worship god of water and mountain, but nobody really knows where it comes from. It is a unique festival that no other Japanese region does. In festival, the performers ride on the shingo, and lit the fireworks. There were approximately 9 to 10 shingos, and each of them had different decorations.
